INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF POSTERS AND ORAL COMMUNICATIONS


Instructions for poster preparation
:: Accepted dimensions must be max. 110 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).
:: The poster should be written in English.
:: Title and authors must be the same as stated on the submitted abstract.
:: The material to put up posters on stands will be available from the workshop secretary. Please note that heavy or plastic material should not be used.
:: Your poster presentation reference number will be assigned to you and your poster must be fixed at the stand with the same number.
:: Presenting authors must be present at their posters during their allocated poster session for presentation and discussion.
:: Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible.
:: Please remove your poster at the end of workshop. The Workshop Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Instructions for the preparation of oral communications
:: Oral communications will be presented in the two official languages of the workshop: English/Spanish. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
:: Each presenter will have 7 min to present plus 3 min for questions.
:: Please, be prepared to bring your file on a transferable format (pen-drive, CD, etc.).
:: There will be a speakers' preparation room available. It is important that all speakers check in at the speakers' preparation room at least two hours prior to the commencement of their allocated session. An audiovisual technician will be available to assist with technical requirements.
:: Please note that the congress’ computers in the session halls are being supplied with Windows XP and Office XP. Suggested file type for optimal presentation will be Microsoft PowerPoint (if you want to use other software, please bring it with you to the workshop).
